These terms govern use of the Impleway platform and services. By accessing the portal you agree to these terms.
Service scope
Service scope, SLAs, and deliverables are defined in the applicable order form.
Availability
We commit to uptime and response times as specified in the SLA schedule of your plan.
Acceptable use
Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, and abusive automation are prohibited.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, except for gross negligence.
Termination
Either party may terminate for cause with 30 days written notice.
